This notice describes how personal data of visitors to aries-ai.it is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. Data collected and purposes

Browsing data. The hosting provider's systems (Hostinger) collect, in the course of normal operation, data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet protocols (IP addresses, access times, pages visited). This data is used solely to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Data provided voluntarily. Sending emails to the addresses listed on the site or booking a call via Calendly involves the collection of the contact details needed to respond to the request (name, email, any other data provided). Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Third-party services

• Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA): used to book discovery calls. Data entered is processed by Calendly according to its own privacy policy. Transfers outside the EU take place on the basis of the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework / standard contractual clauses).
• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.): the site loads fonts from Google servers; this involves the communication of the user's IP address to Google. More information in the Google privacy policy.
• Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd.): hosting provider of the site, appointed as data processor.

This site does not use profiling cookies or any analytics/tracking tools. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used, for which no consent is required.

5. Data retention

Browsing data is kept for the time strictly necessary for security purposes. Contact data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and, where a business relationship is established, for its duration and for subsequent legal obligations.

6. Data subject rights

Pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, data subjects may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to vincenza.demaio@ariesai.it. A complaint may also be lodged with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
